| Ford's double award glory
Both the Ford S-MAX and Ford Ranger Wildtrak were named as champions in the MPV of the Year and Double Cab of the Year categories respectively. Full details are published in the magazine's December edition.
Owners of the multi-award winning S-MAX have a second reason to celebrate. Price guide experts CAP have said a one-year-old S-MAX with 12,000 miles retains a remarkable 81.6 per cent of its original list price, which starts at £17,495.
Commenting on Ford's MPV, Editor Bob Murray said: "It's a ground-breaking car, and certainly no stranger to awards already - from best family car through to most thief-proof large MPV to the 2007 European Car of the Year title.

In the Double Cab category, Ford's flagship Ranger Wildtrak equally impressed the judges.
Announcing the title, Bob Murray added: "The Ranger Wildtrak is a worthy champion, with its gutsy 3.0-litre engine, fine dynamics, tough work ethic and its sheer value for money."

VAT) Wildtrak is powered by an uprated 156PS TDCi engine and comes with leather seats, electric windows, scuff plates, off-road gauges, six-CD player, parking sensors, air conditioning and an array of styling enhancements.
