The Mountune Racing Fiesta 1.6 Ti-VCT 155PS engine upgrade is designed specifically for installation by Mountune PRO Ford Dealers who have the diagnostic equipment to reprogramme the Engine Control Unit with the appropriate calibration and experience with Mountune road products.
The 155PS and 180Nm performance upgrade for Zetec-S, S1600 and Titanium 1.6-litre models, consists of a pair of billet camshafts, a modified high-flow twin-feed air induction system, a high performance exhaust system including high-flow catalyst and tubular manifold, either 1 or 2 new Hego sensors (depending on model) and re-calibration of Ford's 1.6-litre Ti-VCT Sigma engine to produce 155PS at 6700rpm and 180Nm at 5000rpm. This boost in performance reduces the standard 0-60mph time from 9.9secs to 7.5secs.
Although applied by Mountune PRO Ford dealers Jacksons Ford, the powertrain section of any remaining base vehicle warranty will become void post-upgrade. Any other remaining parts of the base vehicle in warranty prior to the upgrade will still remain in place.
This upgrade does not affect your Vehicle Excise Duty (tax) banding as it's fitted after vehicle registration.
As with all Mountune products the 155PS upgrade has been developed alongside Ford to ensure the usual OE quality of upgrade in terms of driveability, reliability and durability, and has been subject to the same vigorous testing program that all Mountune products undergo.
The 155PS kit can be fitted to any 1.6 Ti VCT Mk7 Fiesta, new or used, and has a minimum 12 months/12,000-mile warranty without affecting the base vehicle warranty (excludes the powertrain portion).

Like all other Mountune Performance products our Fiesta exhaust can be fitted and used without fear of affecting your existing Ford warranty, and comes with its own 12-month parts warranty, too. In addition, there is a lifetime parts only warranty against any manufacturing defects when retained by the original owner, and fitted to the original vehicle.
The Cat-back exhaust features the all-new 2010 tailpipe with Mountune Performance etching and is the perfect 'first-step' onto the Mountune Performance ladder for New-Fiesta customers wanting the 'Mountune' look and sound on a budget. A discount in lieu of the cat-back is also available for customers wishing to upgrade to the full 140PS upgrade at a later date.
