If for any reason you wish to change your Ford Approved Used vehicle, you may exchange it once within the following period:
You may exchange it once within the first 30 days or 1,000 miles (whichever is sooner) for cars and 14 days or 500 miles (whichever is sooner) for commercial vehicles and as long as it is:
Returned to the Dealer you bought it from
The same vehicle that was sold to you (including tyres and options etc)
In the same condition as sold
Exchanged for another vehicle of the same or higher price
If you bought your vehicle on finance, you'll need to settle the balance with the finance company when you make the exchange, and sign a new finance agreement.
Approved Used cars undergo a 75-point inspection of mechanical and electrical items
Any faults or failures are remedied, ensuring the car is bought up to the best possible standards, before being signed off by a Ford qualified technician.
